HeartSong Healing Place is joining forces with Jill Piazzi with Gray Matters to sponsor a Women's Retreat.
Date: Saturday, April 6, 2019
Location: The Village at Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas
Who's Invited: Women Caregivers of family members, four-legged babies, persons with conditions, special needs, etc. 

Seems most women are busy caring for others, handling details, and feeling stressed as a result. Do not lose heart. We've planned a day of refreshment and renewal with no heavy agendas. It's all about connecting and support each other on our caregiver journeys.

Activities: Beginners Yoga, Meditative Breathing, Jewelry Beading, Using Essential Oils, and a discussion on loving yourself are planned.
