I offer personal development classes that are ideal for groups and organizations. Participants learn how to incorporate qualities of gratitude, stress reduction, increased focus, meditation, and stress reduction techniques to make heart-centered versus mental decisions and transform their lives.
Developing an Attitude of Gratitude: Researchers have found that practicing gratitude can have a positive effect on your brain and overall health. You will be given tools to guide you onto the path of thankfulness.
Cultivating Gratitude in the Workplace: Businesses that invest in building cultures of gratitude and appreciation help employees transform their work life. Expressing gratitude at work breaks down walls and builds empathy and understanding, vital to building a strong team.
Experience Conscious Breathing: Did You Know...breathing is the only autonomous bodily system that you can control? Psychologists say conscious breathing is effective for reducing anxiety, depression, and stress. In this class, you will explore the ins and outs of conscious breathing along with its stress reduction properties.
